Warranty Policy

Duration: 30-Day Limited Warranty

Coverage:

• Covers manufacturing defects only.

• Does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use

How to Claim:

1. Email support@galuxia.com with:

   • Order number

   • Photos or video of the defect

   • Short description of the issue

2. Galuxia will review your claim.

3. If approved, you will receive either:

   • A replacement product, or

   • Store credit

Important Notes:

• Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Galuxia.

• Warranty is void if the product is modified, misused, or damaged intentionally.
